We can already find at the supermarket Pão de Açúcar one of the best cheeses (and consumed) from France and one of my favorite (mission impossible to pick one)!
The County is a French cheese AOC since 1958 mainly produced in Franche-Comté . Its production area covers the departments of Jura, the Doubs and east of Ain .
is a cheese from raw cow's milk , pressed paste cooked. It comes in large wheels 65 cm in diameter and an average mass of 40 kg . It takes about 450 liters milk to produce a single wheel riding.
